To cancel an order, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Services" menu on the right sidebar.
2. You will see your Product/Service item
3. Click the responsive button of the item
4. You will go to the "Service details" page.
5. Click the Request Cancellation button and write your reason and something for us to improve.
6. If you have paid by Paypal, please check and cancel the automatic payment on your Paypal account.

A cancellation can be induced at any point in time and executed immediately or at the end of the billing period.
As 1USDHosting does not have access to clients' PayPal account we cannot and will not be responsible for unintended payments made from using the automatic payment subscription service.
